Hasn't shipped

I ordered the Forge Hood almost two months ago. I have never received a notification nor the actual product. Despite several emails asking about progress, I have had zero response. I would be greatly appreciative if the Forge hood would be shipped please. Thank you.

Hood works great, helps keeps

Hood works great, helps keeps heat in forge and smoke from blowing all around.
