Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the high cost of international shipping, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
